Welcome to Elythra Beauty (operated under GENEGLOW BIOTECH PTE. LTD.). By accessing our website, purchasing our Discovery Kits, or engaging our CDMO/OEM/ODM formulation and manufacturing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Commercial Scope
Elythra Beauty specializes in turnkey skincare research, custom formulation (ODM), private label manufacturing (OEM), and regulatory compliance support. All services and transactions are strictly business-to-business (B2B).
2. Sample Discovery Kits & Sampling Policy
Discovery Kit Ordering: The $29 Skincare Solution Discovery Kit is provided exclusively to qualified brand owners, beauty entrepreneurs, and commercial buyers for formulation evaluation.
Full Order Credit ($29 Deduction): The initial $29 kit fee is 100% refundable as a credit deduction applied against your first commercial bulk production order (PO).
Sample Delivery: Discovery kits are dispatched via express courier (DHL/FedEx) within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Sample fees are non-refundable once shipped.
3. Custom Formulation, Quotations & Validity
Proforma Invoice (PI) & Pricing: All official price quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI) are based on standard factory Ex-Works (EXW) or FOB/CIF/DDP trade terms as explicitly agreed. Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date due to raw material and active ingredient market fluctuations.
Formulation Iteration: Custom formulation projects include agreed rounds of lab adjustments and stability/microbiological testing prior to mass production pilot runs.
4. Mass Production, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) & Lead Times
Production Schedule: Standard mass production lead times are 25 to 35 business days following formula sign-off, packaging material arrival, and advance deposit confirmation.
Payment Terms: Standard B2B commercial production orders require a 50% advance deposit upon contract/PO signing to initiate production, with the remaining 50% balance payable prior to dispatch / upon bill of lading issuance.
5. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure (IP & NDA)
Custom ODM Exclusivity: Formulations developed exclusively for a client under a tailored ODM contract remain proprietary to that client upon final settlement.
Confidentiality: All client project details, custom ingredient specifications, target market data, and proprietary packaging designs are protected under strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) standards.Elythra Beauty specializes in turnkey skincare research, custom formulation (ODM), private label manufacturing (OEM), and regulatory compliance support. Elythra Proprietary Tech: Base delivery platforms (e.g., proprietary transdermal micro-encapsulation and liposome systems) and pre-existing generic chassis formulas remain the intellectual property of GENEGLOW BIOTECH.
6. Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
Manufacturing Standards: All bulk cosmetics are manufactured in strict compliance with ISO 22716 and Class 100,000 GMPC cleanroom standards.
Global Regulatory Dossiers: Elythra provides standard documentation (including Certificate of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets, and stability testing reports) required for international market compliance, including US FDA MoCRA registration and EU CPNP notification. The client remains the legal Responsible Person (RP) in their respective destination jurisdiction unless otherwise contracted.
7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Elythra Beauty shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including port congestions, raw material supply chain disruptions, customs clearance delays, or international regulatory shifts.
